Pastor John was my pastor at London Chinese Baptist Church when I was there from 2004-2007. He was a very effective leader, with a clear vision. He was a very dedicated and hardworking pastor. I remember him driving from Paris to London to attend church with us on Sundays. This journey became his routine. He never complained. Always friendly and down to earth, he had a gift in counselling and teaching. He also had a special gift in languages. He loved his family deeply - his wife Patty and children Charis and Mathew.
